The lack of tailored, effective help left me feeling even more alone and despondent. Driven by my own struggles and the clear need for a focused, practical solution, I decided to take matters into my own hands. My goal was not just to manage my own anxiety but to create a resource that could help others facing similar difficulties. With a background in psychology and a new purpose, I immersed myself in the study of sexual health and anxiety management. I collaborated with experts in the fields of psychology, therapy, and sexual health to develop a comprehensive course designed not just to educate but to transform. Yatnub was born out of this effort. It’s more than just a platform; it's a community where men can find support, understanding, and effective techniques to overcome their sexual anxiety.
